  • What Is An Online Training Program?

    Our online training programs our delivered via a mobile app which gives you videos and descriptions of what to do and how to do it.

    The app logs all of your stats, such as personal bests and total volume lifted.

    This data then informs the next training phase so that you can continue to progress, grow and thrive!

  • How is the Online Training Program delivered?

    The online training programme is delivered via an app which we guide you through step by step on how to use it.

  • How Long Does the Online Training Program Last?

    We offer 5 week or 10 week online training programmes. There is also an option to add tailored meal plans on to the training programme for the cost of £10 extra per week.

  • How Much Does An Online Training Program Cost?

    Bespoke online training programs cost £100 for 5 weeks and £200 for 10 weeks for Personal Training clients. To qualify as a Personal Training client you must have at least one Personal Training session a week.

    Bespoke online training programs cost £200 for 5 weeks and £400 for 10 weeks for Non-Personal Training clients.

    There is also an option to add tailored meal plans on to the training programme for the cost of £10 extra per week.

  • What Nutrition Services Do You Offer?

    We calculate macros based on your goals, weight, body type, age and training status.

    Macro calculation is free with any of the training plan options.

    We can also provide meal plans and nutrition logging for £10 per week with any of our online training programs.
