I enjoy many different forms of exercise such as powerlifting, running and Pilates.
Since becoming a mother, I am very passionate about women's physical wellbeing during and after birth.
I exercised throughout my entire pregnancy and have continued to workout post pregnancy. I understand that balancing motherhood and looking after yourself can be challenging, however, I am here to guide you along the journey of strengthening your body and being the best version of yourself.
