1) Band One Arm Shoulder Press
- Light to medium resistance
- 8-12 reps each arm
2) Band Upright Row
- Medium to heavy resistance
- 12-15 reps
3) Band Frontal Raise
- Light to medium resistance
- 8-12 reps
4) Band Break Apart
- Light to medium resistance
- 8-12 reps
5) Band Shrug
- Medium to heavy resistance
- 12-15 reps
